Overview Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must be able to build and maintain rapport with tenants and promote retention. Must have prior experience developing and implementing marketing plans to increase occupancy. Oversees, directs, and mentors leasing team to meet departmental goals. This position requires strong technical skills in budget preparation, reporting, leasing, and operations, attention to detail is essential. The Leasing Manager practices Fair Housing Laws and monitors Leasing team to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities
Oversees, directs, and mentors leasing team to meet departmental goals.
Develops and implements marketing plans to increase occupancy.
Maintains rapport with tenants and promotes retention through excellent customer service.
Manages budget preparation, reporting, leasing, and operations with attention to detail.
Ensures compliance with Fair Housing Laws and monitors team adherence.
Qualifications
Experience in customer service and working with the public.
Ability to build and maintain rapport with tenants.
Experience developing and implementing marketing plans to increase occupancy.
Strong technical skills in budget preparation, reporting, leasing, and operations.
Attention to detail and commitment to compliance with Fair Housing Laws.
