What You’ll Do
Own the full recruiting lifecycle for mid- to senior-level direct hire roles.
Partner with clients to define strategic hiring needs and craft winning recruiting strategies.
Build and maintain a killer candidate pipeline and strong client relationships.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and creative marketing.
Stay ahead of market trends and act as a subject matter expert in HR and Supply Chain recruiting.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years recruiting experience (or relevant industry experience).
Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of professional work experience.
A sales-driven mindset—you’re competitive, persistent, and love the hunt.
Strong communication skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Tech-savvy with ATS, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.

The anticipated draw for this position is $80,168.40. This position includes an incentive program that may include bonus and/or commission.
