role at our newly opened Richardson office, supporting a fast‑growing sales organization and a team that will scale from 20 to 50 employees by year‑end. You’ll be the go‑to person who keeps the office running smoothly, owns key administrative processes, and creates a welcoming first impression for visitors and employees alike. What you will do Own day‑to‑day office operations: supplies, vendors, office requests, conference rooms, client and vendor visits, and general workspace organization. Support the SVP of Sales with scheduling, travel coordination, expense reports, meeting preparation, and follow‑up tasks. As necessary serve as the front‑desk presence: greet visitors, and ensure a professional, friendly reception area. Coordinate on‑site meetings and events, including team meetings, customer visits, training sessions, and celebrations. Maintain shared calendars, and office communications; help keep everyone aligned on deadlines and priorities. Assist with basic sales support activities such as updating CRM records, preparing slide decks, pulling simple reports, and tracking key documents. Partner with HR/People Ops to support new‑hire on-boarding logistics (desk setup, badges, welcome materials, orientation schedules). Proactively spot issues before they become problems and jump in to solve them with minimal direction. Who you are Naturally outgoing, confident, and comfortable taking charge in a busy, changing environment. 3+ years in an administrative, office manager, or sales support role (high‑growth or sales‑driven environments a plus). Exceptional organizer with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball. Strong written and verbal communicator who can interact professionally with executives, employees, and customers. Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new tools (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams/Zoom, and CRM systems). Comfortable working fully on‑site in Richardson, TX, Monday–Friday.
