Engelberth Construction is hiring an experienced Commercial Construction Foreman
to lead field crews and support the successful delivery of high-quality commercial construction projects across New Hampshire. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, safety, and building strong teams.
What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise field crews on active commercial construction sites
Coordinate daily work activities and schedules
Ensure projects are built to plans, specs, and quality standards
Enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA standards
Communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors
Train, mentor, and support crew members
Assist with material coordination and jobsite logistics

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of commercial construction experience
Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred
Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials
Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship
Reliable, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset
Compensation Disclosure The starting pay range for this position is
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour . Compensation is determined based on job-related factors including experience, skills, certifications, education, internal equity, and business needs.
