Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent with The Kipnis Group, based in Boca Raton, FL. Responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties, providing superior customer service throughout the transaction process, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with the team to develop sales strategies. The Real Estate Agent will actively seek new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and success in achieving their real estate goals.
Qualifications
Possession of a valid Real Estate License
Expertise in Real Estate and Real Property practices
Experience in Customer Service and Sales
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Proficiency in utilizing digital tools and marketing strategies for real estate
Strong knowledge of the South Florida real estate market is a plus
Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
