Salary Salary:
The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be Ready To
investigate and adjust large and complex property claims in the United States
analyze property coverage forms to include business income and extra expense
resolve questions of coverage and value of claims
prepare and/or evaluate estimates
assist in catastrophe situations
engage in proactive claims handling, while providing superior claims service
recommend timely and adequate reserves for the ultimate claim payment
prepare detailed narrative factual reports and statements of loss
assist in the education of Field Claims in property claims handling
Qualified Candidates Have
five or more years of demonstrated expertise in property claim handling
the ability to work independently and make informed decisions
exceptional communication skills
experience with coverage forms, policies and claims procedure
proficient in Xactimate
the ability to travel as needed
Education
bachelor’s degree and insurance designations preferred
