Job Title: Intune Specialist - Endpoint Management Location: Kansas City, MO Duration: Long Term Contract (2+ Years) Healthcare Domain Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Engineer with strong Microsoft Intune expertise to support, manage, and optimize enterprise endpoint environments. The ideal candidate will be skilled in configuring, deploying, and securing Windows, macOS, and mobile devices while ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance. Key Responsibilities
Administer and support endpoint management platforms, including configuration, deployment, and migration for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. Implement and manage policies, configurations, and applications through Microsoft Intune and Autopilot. Develop automation scripts (PowerShell or similar) for deployment, patching, configuration, and routine tasks. Ensure endpoint security through threat detection, remediation, and alignment with compliance standards. Provide Level 2/3 support for escalated endpoint-related issues and perform detailed root cause analysis. Manage and automate the deployment of security patches, software updates, and OS upgrades. Oversee hardware and software asset management in alignment with lifecycle standards. Support identity and access management initiatives using Azure AD / Entra ID. Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MDM/MEM, and modern endpoint management. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation. Deep understanding of Windows and macOS device management. Experience with compliance policies, configuration profiles, application packaging, and conditional access. Strong troubleshooting capabilities at L2/L3 level. Knowledge of endpoint security tools and standards. Experience with Azure AD identity and access management.
