Senior Lighting Designer (3–5 years of experience)
to join us in delivering innovative, high-profile work. What You’ll Do
Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients on the development of lighting design concepts. Translate design concepts into detailed documentation: drawings, fixture specifications, schedules, and calculations. Prepare and present design materials to clients and project teams. Review construction submittals, respond to contractor questions, and participate in site visits. Conduct fixture focusing, aiming, and lighting controls programming during construction. Mentor and support junior designers, contributing to a culture of learning. What We’re Looking For
Required 3–5 years of professional experience
in architectural lighting design (not theater or entertainment) Proficiency in Revit for design documentation and coordination Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and rendering/modeling software (SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, V-Ray) Experience with AGI32 or other lighting calculation tools Strong design sensibility and portfolio demonstrating architectural project work Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills Preferred
NCQLP LC, LEED, or WELL credentials (or interest in pursuing) Experience presenting designs directly to clients and coordinating with architects/engineers Details
