We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel without constant supervision. Who We Are NOT Looking For:
Agents desperate to make money Agents who cannot afford their own leads Agents requiring hand-holding at every step Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month) Uncoachable agents with a large ego Who We ARE Looking For:
Competent communicators who speak well and effectively Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month Self-motivated agents ready to follow our proven system Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not sell traditional life insurance products like final expense or mortgage protection. All sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premium. We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are expanding our team and looking for more dedicated agents.
