We’re partnering with a well-established insurance organization seeking a
Personal Lines Account Manager / Specialist
to support a portfolio of personal insurance clients. This role is ideal for a customer-focused insurance professional who enjoys managing relationships, handling renewals, and providing high-touch service.
What You’ll Do
Manage a book of personal lines clients (auto, home, umbrella, etc.)
Handle policy renewals, endorsements, billing questions, and coverage changes
Serve as the primary point of contact for client service needs
Review coverage and proactively identify gaps or opportunities
Collaborate with producers and internal teams to ensure seamless service
Maintain accurate documentation in the agency management system
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience
Strong knowledge of core personal insurance products
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail
Experience with agency management systems (EPIC or Applied preferred)
$50,000 - $70,000
base salary (commensurate with experience)
