Digital Marketing Manager - South Florida
A growing data insights and research organization is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid media and digital acquisition efforts. This role owns the strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on paid search, paid social, SEO research, and conversion optimization to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
What You’ll Do
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels
Own audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and creative testing
Manage SEM programs including keyword research, ad copy optimization, and retargeting
Conduct SEO and competitive research using SEMrush
Partner with internal teams to optimize landing pages, funnels, and conversion rates
Track performance in GA4 and dashboards; deliver actionable insights and reporting
Collaborate closely with Sales to align campaigns with lead quality and pipeline goals
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing
Hands-on experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing campaigns
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, SEMrush, and conversion tracking
Experience optimizing landing pages and marketing funnels
B2B, SaaS, data, research, or professional services marketing experience
LinkedIn Campaign Manager, retargeting, and attribution tools (GTM, Looker Studio)
CRM and marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Salesforce)
