We are seeking an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design, execute, and optimize highly personalized email and in‑app messaging campaigns. The role focuses on complex automation to drive engagement, conversion, and retention across Auctane products. This role is hybrid based in Austin, TX (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office). Key Responsibilities

Strategy : Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive engagement, conversions, upgrades, and retention. Campaign Management : Lead complex campaigns, including audience segmentation, dynamic content personalization, A/B testing, and end‑to‑end performance tracking. Cross‑Functional Leadership : Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Customer Success, Rev Ops, Sales, and Marketing Ops to support company initiatives. Technical Execution & Automation : Design, build, and maintain sophisticated automated customer journeys and triggers within HubSpot and Pendo. Customize email templates, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure seamless data flow. Performance Analysis & Reporting : Monitor and analyze KPIs such as open rates, click‑through rates, and deliverability. Identify performance gaps, formulate data‑driven optimization initiatives, and present strategic recommendations to upper management. Compliance & Best Practices : Ensure 100% compliance with email best practices, anti‑spam laws (CAN‑SPAM), data privacy policies (GDPR, CCPA), and authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Process Management : Own the creation, maintenance, and tracking of lifecycle marketing projects within ClickUp, ensuring timely delivery and clear stakeholder communication. Innovation : Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive best practices in email marketing, marketing automation, and in‑app messaging to drive continuous innovation. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 4+ years of hands‑on experience in email marketing and marketing automation within a B2B or SaaS environment. Expert‑level proficiency in HubSpot and Pendo (or similar enterprise‑level platforms). Advanced knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing. Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization and troubleshooting. Understanding of email deliverability factors and authentication protocols. Analytical mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and interpret campaign metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and keen attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently in a fast‑paced environment. What Makes You Stand Out?
