Territory Portfolio Manager Your Main Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Grow the portfolio within the territory by supporting and administering EI Sales priorities, standard processes, promoting EI products and services, and leveraging Schindler’s points of differentiation. Include attending critical customer meetings, engaging necessary resources, and ensuring compliance to Schindler ONs and best demonstrated practices.
Ensure that General Managers, Branch Managers, or Service Sales Managers lead consistent and effective meetings with their EI Sales teams. Meetings should adhere to a standard format, focus on leading and lagging performance indicators, drive accountability, and promote a positive customer experience. Ensure EI Sales teams are properly supported and receive necessary training.
Partner with departments, particularly the EI Business Line, to facilitate and administer key initiatives and processes throughout the Territory. May involve decision making, processing, reporting, and communications.
Develop key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to establish Schindler as a preferred service provider, promoting key points of differentiation to achieve defined business objectives.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the systems, processes, and reports that support EI Sales. Provide internal stakeholders with supplemental reporting and additional resources needed to identify opportunities and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of sales experience
Strong presentations, written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
Prior people leadership experience preferred
Elevator industry experience preferred
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Salary
Seattle: $142,800 - $178,600
Spokane, Portland, Boise, Salt Lake City, Denver & Las Vegas: $128,700 - $160,900
The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Compensation reflects base salary and does not include commissions or longer-term incentives.
