This includes leading MFT EIMEA’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. This role provides strategic financial insights to the executive leadership, supporting decision making, and ensuring the company meets its financial goals. The FP&A leader also continuously advances reporting and analytical capabilities by developing the team and levering systems and AI tools.**Key Accountabilities*** Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, and monthly / quarterly forecasts* Analyze revenue, contribution margin, overhead and profitability as well as business drivers and provide clear insights to business partners and executive leadership team* Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports* Develop financial models to support business strategy and growth and partner with business leaders to evaluate new initiatives and investments* Monitor financial performance against plans and forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and drive mitigation planning* Work closely with EIMEA business to drive insights and reporting / process alignment* Support VP Finance in major strategic projects* Support internal controls and best practices* Manage and develop an international team of FP&A experts and improve FP&A processes, tools and systems* Support internal and external audit and communication with financial institutions and regulatory bodies. Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and building trust.**Required Qualifications, Skills/Competencies*** A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field* A minimum of 9-12+ years of progressively responsible experience in finance or FP&A roles* At least 5 years in managerial or supervisory capacity overseeing finance teams and functions* Experience in a corporate environment with a focus on financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning* Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills* Proven track record of successfully partnering with the business, driving process improvements, and implementing financial strategies that positively impact business outcomes.* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation* Excellent leadership skills in directing and supervising finance professionals, providing guidance, encouraging professional growth and leading by example* Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, that assist in building strong internal and external relationships* Change leader with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail* Excellent German and English language skills, Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
