Fieldpiece Instruments is looking for a

Regional Sales Manager for the Rhine-Ruhr region in Germany

to start immediately! In this role, you will represent Fieldpiece in your area and be responsible for growing sales and market share. You will achieve this by building trusting relationships with retailers and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) contractors.

Fieldpiece is known for its reliable and comprehensive customer service, from consultations to after-sales support. You will focus primarily on retail partners and events, where you will conduct product training and sales talks.

Your responsibilities will include:

You will primarily visit dealers, but also larger end users, establishing and strengthening new and existing relationships

You will follow a structured sales process, including lead follow-up

You will identify and pursue new business opportunities through new acquisitions and networking

You will provide excellent customer service and respond quickly to inquiries

You will demonstrate and communicate in-depth knowledge of Fieldpiece products and solutions

You use a CRM system to track your sales opportunities.

You monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform the company about future strategic direction.

You participate in business and trade events.

You participate in the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.

Your background:

You have experience in the HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) industry, the tool or construction industry, have an affinity for complex technical products, and enjoy discussing products and applications with dealers and installers.

You have at least 5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably with HVAC tools, test equipment, or technical products.

Regular success rate in achieving sales targets

Strong skills in building business relationships, negotiating, and communicating

High level of initiative and personal responsibility towards business goals

Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines

Good presentation skills at all customer levels

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems

High level of intercultural sensitivityHigh willingness to support customers in the field
