With 10 showrooms across the Chicago area and a recent expansion to Naples, Florida, we’re a growing company committed to creativity, quality, and client satisfaction. What You’ll Do

Partner with clients to design inspiring spaces that reflect their lifestyle and vision Build lasting client relationships through personalized service and outreach Use in-home visits and advanced design tools to bring concepts to life Have access to over 200 of the best brands in the industry, including Century, Four Hands, Bernhardt, Vanguard, Hancock & Moore, Baker, Rowe, Hickory Chair. Manage multiple projects while meeting sales goals Be supported by a dedicated team of client service, accounting, and delivery professionals. Training & Support

Comprehensive career-focused training that develops design & sales expertise, software proficiency, and project management skills Ongoing coaching and mentorship to help you grow and succeed over time Hourly paid training for up to the first 4 months, with option to transition to commission sooner Structured learning combined with hands-on experience in a real showroom environment Compensation & Benefits

Performance-based commission structure after training with uncapped earning potential and strong support during your transition Uncapped commission, paid on written order Monthly & annual performance-based bonuses Average Year 1 earnings: $51K | Year 2: $61K | Range: $45K–$130K Avg commission: 7.55% (6.6%–8.7%) Medical, dental, vision, life insurance PTO, flexible schedules, employee discounts Clear career path with opportunities for growth, advancement, and leadership Requirements
