
Overview
We’re seeking enthusiastic, driven, customer-centric Account Executive to join our world-class sales team. This role will be a key part to help us continue to grow our company and customer base by focusing on outbound prospecting and business development. Responsibilities
Maintain a high level of sales activity, including cold calling & appointment setting
Manage the entire sales from building your own pipeline of qualified opportunities to successful negotiation of contract
Document your sales activity using the company’s Client Relationship Management (CRM) and constantly exceed your weekly and monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly goals
Confidence on the phone. Professional, articulate, and comfortable writing emails and speaking to executives and business owners alike
Requirements
Desire to remain in or get into sales
1-3 years of sales development or outside sales experience (preferred)
BA/BS degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience indicative of success in a fast-moving environment
Previous experience in multi-family and/or the real estate industry a big plus
