
Key Responsibilities
Lead weekly client calls, present strategic recommendations, and manage all follow-up communications. Develop and execute affiliate and creator marketing strategies tailored to client goals, proactively offering innovative ideas and solutions. Collaborate closely with Senior Account Managers and Directors to ensure optimal client outcomes Oversee publisher and creator recruitment, onboarding, approvals, and compliance audits Analyze program performance, prepare regular reporting, and present actionable insights to clients Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions. Stay up to date on industry trends and identify new opportunities for clients. Requirements
6+ years of affiliate account management experience in a digital marketing agency, with a focus on affiliate and/or influencer marketing. Fired up about the growth and partner marketing for innovative SaaS and e-commerce brands Demonstrated ability to lead client relationships and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Think creatively about non-traditional affiliate and partner marketing: niche content, newsletter, podcast, value-added sellers, LinkedIn influencers tied to a client's ideal customer persona Experience directing and mentoring junior team members. Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and present insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and affiliate/influencer marketing platforms. Experience on the advertiser or publisher side is a plus in addition to agency experience. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. Leadership & Team Management

Able to direct and coach Associate Account Managers and Specialists, holding the team accountable for deliverables and growth Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
