This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Whittier, CA. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead a team of sales professionals in meeting and exceeding sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, tracking sales performance, and building strong relationships with clients. Additional responsibilities include conducting market analysis, fostering client satisfaction, and collaborating with leadership to drive business growth. Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, team leadership, and strategy development Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Demonstrated ability to conduct market analysis and identify new opportunities Proficiency in performance management, mentoring, and coaching sales teams Experience with CRM tools and familiarity with sales processes Exceptional customer service and client management skills Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate teams to meet and exceed sales objectives Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered Experience in funeral, cemetery, or related industries is a plus
