
Overview
RETS Associates is partnering with a well-capitalized, privately held commercial real estate investment firm to recruit for a Property Manager to be based in Whittier, CA. The PM will support a Senior Property Manager on the oversight of a 10+ million SF industrial portfolio across Southern California (Mid-Cities, San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire). This role partners closely with ownership, leasing, construction, accounting, and asset management to protect and enhance asset value, maximize cash flow, and maintain strong tenant relationships.
This position requires a highly organized, proactive professional who can work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a lean, team-oriented environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, real estate, or related field)
Minimum of 5 years of commercial property management experience; industrial experience required
Experience managing large portfolios with multiple ownership entities and high tenant counts
Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
Solid understanding of lease administration, budgeting, and property financials
Proficiency with Sage 300 (formerly Timberline), Excel, and Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable in a tenant-facing role
Ability to manage competing priorities, remain composed under pressure, and exercise sound judgment
