Associate, Asset Management
to support a growing industrial real estate portfolio across Southern and Northern California and select Western U.S. markets. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of industrial real estate ownership, working closely with ownership, property management, leasing, and investments teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities
Support execution of asset-level business plans to drive NOI and long-term value Lead annual budgets, reforecasts, and variance analyses Monitor property performance vs. underwriting and business plans Oversee capital improvement planning and execution Prepare quarterly asset-level reporting for internal stakeholders and investors Oversee 3rd party property management, vendors, and service contracts Support leasing efforts, renewals, and tenant relations Maintain financial models, KPIs, and portfolio-level reporting Assist with hold/sell analysis, valuations, refinancings and ad hoc investment analysis Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or related field 3–5 years of experience in asset management, property management, leasing, or related real estate roles Industrial and/or self-storage experience preferred Strong financial modeling and Excel skills (ARGUS, Yardi, MRI a plus) Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized with strong communication skills This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking broad responsibility and meaningful impact within a growing industrial real estate platform.
