We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative for a full-time, on-site position located in Orlando, FL. The role involves building relationships with clients, managing accounts, generating and following up on leads, and working closely with customers to ensure satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, providing product information, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, effective communication, and a commitment to fostering positive client experiences. Qualifications

Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a proven ability to meet sales targets Strong proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction practices Skills in Account Management, including maintaining and growing long-term client relationships Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills High level of organization and attention to detail Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Previous experience in the stone, construction, or related industries is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
