What you will do
Prospect, qualify, and develop new B2B customer relationships within regulated manufacturing environments Manage and expand existing accounts, driving repeat and recurring business Present customized, solution-based offerings aligned to customer operational requirements Develop pricing, proposals, and forecasts while maintaining detailed opportunity records Partner internally to identify new growth opportunities and support customer success initiatives Build long-term client relationships that generate ongoing projects and repeat revenue Who you are
5+ years of B2B sales experience in regulated, technical, or complex solution environments Background selling into industries with strict compliance, quality, or cleanliness standards Strongly preferred Proven ability to manage longer sales cycles and close high-value opportunities Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Comfortable working primarily on-site in a collaborative sales environment Compensation and benefits
Base salary plus uncapped commission On-target first-year earnings typically range from $80,000–$100,000 depending on performance Commission paid on net profit with no ceiling and recurring earnings over time
