Commission Sales Associate

One of my top-producing clients serving the luxury space in Collier and South Lee County is looking for a buyer's agent to join the team. Role Description This is a full-time. role for a commission buyer's agent, located in Naples, FL. It is an opportunity for an agent with 2-5 years of experience to join forces with a well-respected and uber-experienced 30-year veteran of the Southwest Florida real estate market. The new team member will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, following up on leads, closing sales, showing properties, holding open houses, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing the team's marketing function, including email, direct, and social media marketing. Qualifications Impeccable work ethics and a high level of motivation with a results-driven approach Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to meet and exceed prospecting and sales targets Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fluid work environment, balancing administrative, marketing, and sales responsibilities Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Experience with CRM software is a plus Proficiency in using digital tools to market and to generate and manage leads One to two year prior experience in Southwest Florida is required.
