Payments Account Executive

to help scale

Crystal Payments , our embedded payment solution built directly into Crystal PM. This is a

full-cycle inside sales role

focused on selling to both existing CPM customers and net-new eye CPM prospects. What You’ll Do

Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, close, and onboarding Sell embedded payments to existing customers and new prospects Run consultative discovery calls and deliver product demos Build ROI-driven business cases around workflow efficiency and time savings Prospect and generate pipeline via outbound campaigns Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets What You’re Selling

Crystal Payments

is an all-in-one, embedded payments solution that: Processes payments directly within Crystal PM Auto-posts to patient ledgers (no manual entry) Supports terminal, text, email, portal, Apple Pay & ACH Provides unified reporting and reconciliation Includes in-house merchant support What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of payments sales experience (embedded payments preferred) Full-cycle inside sales background with a strong quota track record Deep knowledge of payment processing, pricing, and merchant services Strong outbound prospecting and consultative selling skills Experience selling to healthcare, SMBs, or vertical SaaS is a plus
