This role is focused on measuring and growing monetization across Premium and Small Business portfolios and sits at the center of Marketing, Finance, Data Science, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen Ops.
This role is based in a hybrid setting (home and LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by business needs). The work location can be New York City, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, or Chicago.
Responsibilities
Set the long-term strategy for how we measure, optimize, and grow across Premium and Small Business.
Lead adoption and change management from last-click attribution to modeled attribution and MMM, partnering with Finance, Data Science, and Demand Gen Ops.
Share the roadmap for future measurement evolutions (e.g., MMM inputs, cross-LOB methodology alignment).
Own a proactive insights agenda by identifying high-value business questions, shaping the quarterly deep-dive roadmap, and partnering with technical analysts to execute analyses.
Translate analytical outputs into executive-ready narratives and strategic recommendations that inform targeting, product positioning, investment decisions, and marketing strategy across monetized portfolios.
Partner cross-functionally to develop a cohesive Small Business measurement strategy and identify new opportunities for growth.
Assist in developing long-term measurement vision for how user engagement drives revenue, building the framework that quantifies the connection between top-of-funnel behaviors and monetization outcomes.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement, or growth strategy
5+ years leading cross-functional strategic initiatives, change management efforts, or measurement / insights programs involving Marketing, Finance, or Marketing Ops
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in large technology companies, digital platforms, subscription businesses, or consulting firms focused on marketing effectiveness or growth strategy
Deep familiarity with modern marketing measurement frameworks including Marketing Attribution, Media Mix Modeling, incrementality / lift studies, LTV and ROI frameworks
Proven ability to translate complex analytics work into executive-level narratives and clear business recommendations
Experience partnering closely with Finance, Product Marketing, Biz Ops, Marketing Ops, Data Science to influence investment decisions or strategic planning
Strong understanding of subscription funnels, monetization levers, segmentation, and/or SMB targeting strategies
Ability to shape a proactive insights roadmap, identifying high-value business questions and guiding deep-dive analyses
Demonstrated success driving adoption of new measurement methodologies, frameworks, or cross-organizational processes
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and business storytelling skills

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
