Responsibilities

Lead cross-channel digital marketing strategy including SEO, SEM, PPC, paid social, organic social, and display advertising. Create, manage, and optimize online ad campaigns designed to generate leads, increase traffic, and drive measurable business impact. Use performance marketing, tracking, and analytics tools to monitor campaign effectiveness, quantify results, and implement optimization strategies. Oversee digital marketing KPIs, dashboards, reporting for continuous improvement and visibility across the organization. Manage multiple B2B websites, including content updates, enhancements, SEO optimization, and conversion-rate improvements. Maintain strong SEO/SEM practices aligned to search trends, competitive activity, and audience behavior. Lead the development, publishing, and optimization of digital content across web, social, and email channels. Develop lead generation programs that guide prospects through the full sales funnel. Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of digital marketing experience, with strong exposure to both B2B and B2C environments. Proven success leading cross-channel digital initiatives including SEO/SEM, PPC, paid social, email marketing, and digital content strategy. Strong leadership experience with the ability to influence, inspire, and guide team members and external partners. Advanced degrees or professional certifications in related fields are a plus. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under strict deadlines. Demonstrated ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. Proven ability to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies that drive performance and results.
