Purpose of Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager at the Coordinator level to support our Global Marketing Operations Team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing operations and cross-functional collaboration. The Project Manager will play a key role in coordinating and executing a diverse range of Americas focused projects, including supporting regional marketing campaigns, product marketing initiatives as well as sport and culture moments. Working closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners, the Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to brand standards and business objectives.

Your Impact

Support the Senior Manager and Team in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.

Coordinate cross-functional teams across Regional Marketing, Channel Marketing, UX/UI, Creative, Production and external freelance partners.

Plan and track project milestones within our PM system, Workfront, to support dashboard reporting to support transparency and accountability.

Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track.

Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the project management function.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree with typically 2 years of relevant experience, OR Master\'s degree without experience, OR Typically 6 years of relevant work experience without degree.

1-3 years experience - Creative or account Management Experience within an agency, Brand or Category Marketing organization

Direct work experience within a creative & project management capacity.

Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management

Knowledge of project management techniques and tools

Collaborative, solutions focused, organized, true to deadlines, helpful in attitude, and resilient in the face of ever-changing client demands.

Build, manage and maintain healthy internal partner & client relationships.

Responsive and efficient - ability to organize and manage multiple projects to meet quality/brand standards & deadlines; be flexible but assertive.

Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.

Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

Location: Baltimore, MD

Work Schedule: 4 days per week in office, the remaining day working from home

Base Compensation $71,475.20 - $89,344.00 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual\'s relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
