As a

Account Executive

at Residential Capital Partners, you will play a key role in driving business growth by building and nurturing client relationships with real estate investors and referral partners. You will be responsible for representing ResCap’s loan products and services, identifying new opportunities, and guiding clients through the financing process with professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities

Partner with real estate investors, brokers, and strategic referral sources to introduce ResCap’s fix-and-flip, bridge, and rental financing solutions. Educate clients on financing options, investment strategies, and the ResCap value proposition to help them secure capital efficiently and confidently. Manage sales cycles from prospecting to close, including follow-up, documentation coordination, and internal collaboration with underwriting and operations. Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning ResCap’s solutions with investor goals, investment timelines, and market opportunities. Track and report sales activity, pipeline progress, and business development metrics to support organizational growth goals. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with experience in financial services or real estate investing, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for helping clients achieve success in competitive markets. We will provide comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training to ensure Account Executives have a deep understanding of our loan programs, processes, and investor-focused approach. Qualifications

Strong customer relationship management, client servicing, and communication skills Ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting through close Experience in financial services or real estate lending is preferred Knowledge of single-family residential private lending is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail Ability to prioritize, manage pipeline activity, and meet or exceed performance goals as well as basic sales and pipeline metrics reporting in a fast-paced environment
