Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pleasanton, CA, for an Inside Sales & Commercial Operation Specialist. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, assisting in the management of sales pipelines, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales-related reporting and analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to support business development efforts and maintain up-to-date records of client interactions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure positive client relationships

Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and internal teams

Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a plus
