The Therapeutic Sales Specialist is a high-impact position that is critically important to BridgeBio’s success. They will be a patient champion with exceptional business and clinical acumen to execute product launches with sustained excellence. In doing such, they will bring passion, urgency, and a get-it-done attitude to treating unmet needs in patients. What You’ll Do

The role focuses on strategic execution of product launches and ongoing territory management to drive patient impact and business results. Responsibilities

Meeting and/or exceeding sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customer targets Demonstrate subject matter expertise concerning scientific and clinical information for Acoramidis Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions utilizing approved materials with a customer-centric approach Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for business growth or areas of concern in the territory Lead territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives Adhere to company guidelines and demonstrate honesty, integrity, trust, respect, and accountability in accordance with company policies and regulations Partner with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB and other cross-functional teams to develop strategies ensuring high customer satisfaction Develop and implement a dynamic territory business plan by analyzing the business, competitive landscape and territory market; build relationships with targeted KOLs and hospital personnel Navigate formulary processes and implement strategies to ensure product positioning and availability Anticipate challenges, adjust priorities, and develop solutions Maintain proficiency in selling skills, clinical knowledge, and understanding of the territory business environment Collaborate with peers to achieve corporate objectives and initiatives Plan and organize schedules for maximum efficiency Act as an ambassador for the company with professionalism and integrity Complete tasks and projects assigned by Sales Leadership Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations and Pharma guidelines CRITICAL CAPABILITIES

Field based: Boston South Territory that includes South Shore and Cape Cod Who You Are

8+ years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 5+ years in Rare Disease/Cardiology/Specialty/ATTR BS/BA Required, MBA Preferred but not required Preferred experience in an academic institutional setting Product/indication launch experience: track record of launching new products or indications Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills, analytics, business acumen, decision making and problem solving Ability to prioritize and execute on plan Proven leadership with high accountability Ability to influence without authority Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent skills in using remote technology to engage with customers Adherence to BridgeBio’s high ethical standards Significant travel required Rewarding Those Who Make the Mission Possible
