
Role Summary
The Therapeutic Sales Specialist is a high-impact, field-based role critical to BridgeBio’s success. They act as a patient champion with strong business and clinical acumen to execute product launches with sustained excellence, driving passion and urgency to address unmet patient needs. Responsibilities
Meeting and/or exceeding sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan encompassing key customer targets Demonstrate subject matter expertise concerning scientific and clinical information for Acoramidis Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions using approved materials with a customer-centric approach Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth or areas of concern in the territory Be responsible for territory business planning and execution of key company initiatives Adhere to company guidelines and conduct responsibilities in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulations Partner with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, HUB and other cross-functional team members to ensure high customer satisfaction Develop and implement a dynamic territory business plan by analyzing the business, competitive landscape, and territory market; build professional relationships with targeted KOLs, physicians, medical staff, and hospital personnel Navigate the hospital formulary process and implement strategies for successful product positioning and availability Anticipate business challenges, adjust priorities as needed, demonstrate flexibility, and develop solutions Maintain proficiency in selling skills, clinical, market, and product knowledge and the territory’s business environment Collaborate with peers and company personnel to achieve corporate objectives Plan and organize schedules for maximum efficiency and goal attainment Represent the company professionally and with integrity Complete tasks and projects assigned by Sales Leadership Ensure activities comply with applicable regulations and pharma guidelines Critical Capabilities

Qualifications
Required: 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience; 5+ years in Rare Disease/Cardiology/Specialty/ATTR Required: BS/BA; MBA preferred but not required Required: Product/indication launch experience with a track record of launching new products or indications into competitive markets Required: Strong leadership, planning, analytics, business acumen, decision making, and problem-solving skills Required: Ability to prioritize and execute on plans Required: Proven leadership with accountability Required: Ability to influence without authority Required: Excellent written and oral communication skills Required: Proficiency with remote technology to engage customers Required: Adherence to BridgeBio’s ethical standards Required: Significant travel Education
