Overview
Tooth By Sunny is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Leads Coordinator to support our patient acquisition efforts. This role is dedicated to the front end of the patient journey, converting incoming inquiries and marketing leads into scheduled new-patient appointments. Unlike traditional scheduling or case acceptance roles, this position focuses on lead engagement, recall outreach, and creating an outstanding first impression that drives patients to book. The ideal candidate brings dental experience, strong phone presence, and a strong understanding of dental office workflows.
Compensation:
$25-27 per hour, based on experience
Schedule & Work Environment
Monday & Tuesday: In-office
Friday, Saturday, Sunday: Remote (company laptop provided)
Weekend availability is required and non-negotiable
Key Responsibilities
Convert inbound marketing inquiries and leads into scheduled new-patient appointments
Manage outbound follow-up to marketing leads to maximize conversion rates
Schedule appointments and document lead activity using Dentrix
Perform recall outreach and reactivation of existing patients as assigned
Track and report on lead conversions, show rates, and recall performance
Communicate clearly and professionally with the office team
Operate independently once trained, maintaining consistent follow-through and accountability
Required Qualifications
Dental experience required (Dental Assistant or Treatment Coordinator background strongly preferred)
Experience with new-patient scheduling, recall, or patient engagement
Proven success in lead conversion or phone-based patient communication
Proficiency with dental software (Dentrix preferred)
Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
Highly organized, reliable, and results-oriented
Comfortable managing multiple inbound and outbound workflows
