You are the strategic connective tissue between product, marketing, sales, and customer success—guiding GTM execution, shaping product narratives, and ensuring that business priorities are translated into market impact.This role is not about running demos or managing feature-level outputs. Instead, you are a high-impact strategist who shapes product positioning, orchestrates major launches, and influences long-term business decisions. You will build frameworks, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure the commercial organization is fully equipped to win in the market.Collaboration is at the core of this role. You will work closely with product, growth, brand, sales, and customer success teams, aligning multiple stakeholders around strategic priorities, synthesizing diverse perspectives, and guiding decision-making at the leadership level. You thrive in complex, matrixed environments and have a proven ability to drive alignment and clarity among teams with competing priorities.You will maintain deep expertise in your buyers, the competitive landscape, and market trends, leveraging these insights to inform strategy, refine messaging, and optimize GTM programs. Your impact will be measured not just by outputs, but by your ability to influence cross-functional alignment, deliver measurable business results, and drive market success.**Key Responsibilities****Strategic Leadership*** Lead product marketing strategy across a portfolio of products, owning priorities, frameworks, and outcomes.* Define and evolve positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that differentiate us in the market.* Drive cross-functional planning and alignment for product launches and releases; build scalable processes that enable collaboration across stakeholders.**Market & Competitive Strategy*** Partner with product and commercial leaders to drive market-informed strategic recommendations.* Leverage buyer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform roadmap decisions and GTM approaches.* Anticipate competitive shifts and guide leadership in adjusting strategy, messaging, or GTM motions.**GTM & Commercial Alignment*** Architect GTM strategy for your products, including target segments, messaging pillars, and buyer journeys.* Collaborate closely with growth, brand, and sales leadership to integrate events, campaigns, and programs into a unified demand strategy.* Develop and optimize sales enablement programs that equip teams with tools, narratives, and insights to drive results.**Product Lifecycle & Launch Management*** Own the planning, cross-functional coordination, and execution of major launches and releases.* Establish KPIs, measure success, and communicate insights to stakeholders, using data to influence prioritization and continuous improvement.**Cross-Functional Influence & Stakeholder Collaboration*** Serve as a trusted advisor to product and commercial teams, providing market insights and strategic recommendations.* Lead alignment across product, marketing, sales, and customer success, navigating competing priorities and ensuring clarity of messaging.* Influence key stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and driving decision-making that aligns with company objectives.**Team Leadership & Coaching*** Mentor junior team members, elevate the PMM function, and embed best practices and operating rhythms across the team.* Serve as a role model for cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, and executional excellence.**Requirements*** 10+ years of product marketing experience, including strategic, market-facing leadership.* Proven ability to develop and drive product marketing strategy across multiple stakeholders and teams.* Demonstrated success in influencing senior leaders and aligning cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments.* Strong analytical skills; able to synthesize complex market data into clear strategic recommendations.* Exceptional storyteller, able to communicate complex concepts to executive, technical, and customer audiences.* Experienced in building frameworks and processes that scale product marketing impact across the organization.* Strong project and program leadership skills; able to manage multiple high-visibility initiatives simultaneously.* Proficient in CRM, collaboration, and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Marketing Cloud/Pardot).* Exceptional communication and presentation skills; experienced engaging senior executives and cross-functional leaders.* Demonstrated owner’s mindset: proactive, accountable, and committed to driving outcomes.* Experience in B2B tech product marketing strongly preferred.**Outstanding Benefits*** Very competitive compensation* Generous Paid Time Off (25 PTO days)* 8 Hours of Volunteer Time Off (VTO)* We offer a comprehensive medical, dental and Wellness Program* 12 weeks paid parental leave* An infrastructure that allows flexible working arrangements* Formal and informal reward, recognition and acknowledgement programs* Lots of fun and engaging employee development events**Reasonable Accommodation**Aven Hospitality is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to applicants with disabilities.
