Job Description As an Account Executive at Onbrand, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from first conversation through close—working directly with founders, product leaders, and design teams at fashion and apparel brands. This is a consultative role: you’ll help prospects understand where their current workflows break down and how modern PLM + AI can unlock real productivity gains. You’ll work closely with leadership, product, and customer success, influence our go-to-market motion, and help define what “great” looks like as we scale. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments, knows how to sell complex workflow software, and wants to be part of building something category-defining. This is a hybrid position with time spent between our office in Lehi, UT and remote work.
Responsibilities
Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold outreach, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential clients' pain points and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Drive the sales process from initial contact to close, effectively managing multiple deals simultaneously.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for new clients.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the fashion and apparel industry landscape, staying abreast of market trends and competitive insights.
Act as a brand ambassador for Onbrand, representing our values and vision to clients and stakeholders.
Assist in building out the sales function by developing sales collateral and refining sales processes
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a full-cycle Account Executive role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrated success selling in the small business or mid-market space within technology or SaaS.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building something from the ground up.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt quickly to change.
