We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our team in the West Palm Beach, FL area. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales strategies, developing customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and guiding the team in achieving sales targets.They will also be responsible for overseeing orders, contract negotiations, and identifying new growth opportunities. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence at the office.
Qualifications:
Sales and Negotiation: Experience in cabinet sales strategies, negotiation, and market analysis to identify business opportunities.
Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate teams, guiding and monitoring performance to achieve established goals.
Excellence in Customer Service: Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Communication and Organizational Skills: Competence in communicating clearly and effectively, as well as managing tasks and processes efficiently.
A degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields is desirable. Knowledge of CRM software and experience in the custom furniture sector are considered advantages.
