The Sales Support Specialist provides essential support to the Outside Sales Representative by coordinating customer site visits, assisting with new account setup, monitoring portals for installation updates, and ensuring all customer and job-site requirements are met. Individual will work across multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities

Meet with builders to review permanent tank placements, discuss installation needs, and address questions regarding propane or equipment requirements. Assist new customers with completing all required documentation to establish new accounts. Collaborate closely with the Scheduling and Service Departments to ensure installation dates are met and project timelines remain on schedule. Regularly monitor builder portals for installation dates, updates, and changes, and promptly communicate relevant information to the sales team and affected departments. Perform routine account visits to maintain strong relationships, gather feedback, and identify service opportunities. Run errands, deliver paperwork, and provide field support as needed to facilitate efficient operations. Complete paperwork with customers, including potential overnight travel, and confirm that new locations meet all necessary site conditions for equipment installation. Maintain accurate and organized records of interactions, documentation, scheduling updates, and job progress. Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including data entry, communication follow-ups, and task coordination. Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused, professional demeanor. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to work independently in the field and cooperatively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency with standard computer applications and web-based builder portal systems. Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel as required, including occasional overnight trips. Previous experience in sales support, construction, propane, utilities, or related fields is preferred but not required. Benefits
