Competitive Salary $75,000 - $100,000 base with potential to be over $125,000 OTE.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Collaborate and build relationships with new and existing customers through inside sales activities including inbound lead follow-up and calling on identified opportunities.

Build relationships with customers to identify their needs and figure out how Titan can provide a solution. Maintain existing accounts by providing support and relevant solutions to meet customer needs and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.

Partner with sales executives to route opportunities to them to be closed; and ensure the accurate documentation is captured in Salesforce

Exceed sales goals with your existing and new accounts and build company revenue

Run sales reports and data points to discover opportunities of growth

Prepare proposals and training sessions for both the distributor and customer on our products.

Share, learn, collaborate with team members and managers to develop strategies, improve execution, and ideas that drive business results.

Who We Are Looking For

You have a Bachelor’s degree in business and at least 4+ years industrial sales experience. You also have experience in the fields of hydraulics, tube fittings, or other industrial fitting applications (this is preferred but not absolutely required!).

You are a strong communicator and networker and excel at making strong connections and partnerships

You enjoy engaging in proactive, thoughtful conversations to build rapport and aid in lasting relationships.

You are customer-focused, always going the extra mile to provide 'white glove' service.

You’re able to handle a fast-paced work environment and quickly adapt to change

You can see the big picture while staying detail-oriented and you can zoom in and out with ease
