ValidiFI is seeking an

Inside Sales Representative

to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing inbound small business leads, conducting proactive outbound outreach, and converting qualified opportunities into revenue. This role emphasizes consistently strong call activity, effective lead follow-up, and clear communication. This position is fully inside based with no travel; success is driven by disciplined pipeline management, responsiveness, and the ability to deliver value quickly to smaller clients. Experience in the credit, risk management, lending, financial services, or data provider sectors is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound business leads as well as identify and engage potential clients through diverse channels, including phone, email, social media, and targeted marketing campaigns. Follow up promptly on leads and campaign activity. Meet or exceed daily/weekly call metrics and activity targets. Communicate value propositions clearly and concisely. Qualify prospects efficiently and move them quickly through the sales funnel. Close transactional sales and generate revenue. Maintain accurate and timely records in Salesforce. Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs. Qualifications

1-2 years of inside sales experience with a focus on high-volume outreach. Demonstrated success meeting call metrics, conversion metrics, and revenue targets. Strong phone presence and comfort engaging with clients. Experience managing a pipeline using Salesforce. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high activity expectations. Background in credit reporting, risk data, financial services, or data/analytics strongly preferred. Prior experience handling transactional sales cycles. Understanding of credit data products, compliance requirements or underwriting workflows. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Competitive, ambitious, and driven, with a self-starter attitude. Experience in cold outreach Proficient with Salesforce, Gong, Zoom, Microsoft Office Why Join ValidiFI?
