As a
Genesys Cloud Developer Product Owner , you will make an impact by leading large-scale enterprise Contact Center Migration and Transformation programs on Genesys Cloud CX, driving customer experience modernization, and managing a high-performing technical team. You will be a valued member of the transformation team and work collaboratively with business and IT stakeholders. Responsibilities
Assess existing contact center platforms (Avaya, Cisco, Genesys Engage) and define migration strategies to Genesys Cloud CX. Design and implement Genesys Cloud CX solutions including IVR, routing flows, digital channels, and workforce engagement. Lead execution of migration plans, ensuring compliance, security, and governance standards. Act as a trusted advisor during workshops, design sessions, and executive updates. Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions and enablement of omnichannel capabilities. Work model

What you need to have to be considered 10+ years of experience in Contact Center technologies. 5+ years of expertise in Genesys Cloud CX migration and transformation. Deep knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX capabilities (routing, IVR, digital, WEM, integrations). Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud Architect, APIs, AppFoundry integrations, and CRM connectors. Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Preferred qualifications
Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) – Cloud CX. Experience in large-scale migrations (multi-site, multi-region). Prior experience as a Solution Architect or Transformation Consultant in CCaaS. Familiarity with AI/ML, speech analytics, and cloud-native architectures. Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise environments. The annual salary for this position is between
$80,000 - $100,000
depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
