We are seeking an experienced

Senior Business & Data Analyst

to support a high-impact modernization initiative focused on improving referral systems and service coordination across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. This role is ideal for a senior-level analyst who excels at bridging business needs and IT solutions, analyzing data and processes, and driving meaningful improvements through technology and process optimization. The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis fundamentals, data analysis experience, stakeholder engagement skills, and familiarity with large, regulated or public-sector environments. Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems, workflows, and user needs Elicit, document, and analyze complex business and technical requirements Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams (architecture, delivery, sustainment, etc.) Analyze raw data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement Assess existing business processes and recommend improvements using industry-standard process mapping and reengineering techniques Develop solution options, including risk analysis and cost/benefit, ROI, and buy/build assessments Create clear, well-structured documentation including business cases, planning documents, and requirements specifications Support initiatives involving system interoperability, referrals, and cross-organizational coordination Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and subject matter experts to support automation and modernization efforts Provide strong follow-through and customer-focused support throughout the project lifecycle Required Qualifications 8+ years

of experience in business analysis and/or data analysis roles Proven experience eliciting business and technical requirements in complex environments Strong ability to communicate complex technical and design concepts to diverse audiences Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Experience gathering input, creating actionable plans, and driving execution independently Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional follow-through and stakeholder support Preferred Qualifications Experience working in regulated or government environments Background in business process reengineering or enterprise system modernization Project management experience; PMP or similar certification is a plus Contract Duration:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (business hours) Occasional work outside standard hours may be required with prior approval Work Location Primary Location:
