JobResponsibilities
Abilityto effectively manage all areas of the sales department, including but notlimited to wholesale, retail, purchasing and marketing.
Experiencewith internet and retail tools, IE:V-auto, E-car list
Abilityto forecast goals and objectives for vehicle sales, gross and key expenses on amonthly and annual basis.
Possessstrong closing abilities and ability to work with lenders.
Understandsand keeps abreast of federal, state, and local regulations.
Abilityto handle and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensurehigh standards are held for delivery of vehicles to customers.
Ensurethat sales representatives understand and follow dealership policies at alltimes.
Excellentcommunication skills; ability to communicate effectively with customers;subordinates and other management.
Abilityto train and be a leader to your sales staff. An effective manager is a greatleader.
