Perform structural steel
fit-up and layout
Read and interpret
structural blueprints and fit-up drawings
Use fitting tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Work with beams, columns, plates, and other structural steel components
Follow all safety procedures and jobsite regulations
Work independently and as part of a team on an active construction site
Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Structural Fitter
Strong understanding of
structural steel materials and fitting techniques
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Knowledge of
industrial construction safety standards
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred:
Structural fitting certifications or formal training
