
Our client is seeking a Compliance Specialist with experience in the housing industry. This would be a contract position and could lead into a permanent role.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Program Administration & Compliance
Conduct quality assurance reviews to determine eligibility for admission and continued occupancy in accordance with HUD regulations and the ACOP.
Perform systematic audits of applicant and resident files, including income verification, rent calculation accuracy (TTP), and required documentation.
Review utility allowances, household changes, and family‑member additions for compliance policy.
Support compliance efforts for aged receivables, occupancy, physical inspections, complaints, unit inventory, IMS/PIC/HIP reconciliation, and file corrections.
Analyze and reconcile IMS/PIC/EIV data against Yardi; track deficiencies and ensure
