Experience in public cloud solutions across SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS. Preferred qualifications : Experience with the cloud partner ecosystem, including System Integrators (SIs)/Service Providers (SPs) Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), telcos and web or other partners, such as web hosting companies, serving SMBs at scale. Experience launching partner products and solutions, including channel go-to-market motions such as multi-partner solutions, procurement through cloud marketplaces, and consumption-based solutions. Experience planning and managing at operational levels. Experience developing growth initiatives, running experiments and developing conclusions based on data. Excellent attention to detail, entrepreneurial, creative, persistent, highly collaborative and an understanding of Google products. As the Strategic Partner Development Manager for Small and Medium Businesses (SMB), you will drive the recruitment strategy for new partners and accelerate their adoption of Google Cloud services. You will collaborate across Google Cloud’s Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and customer-facing organizations to foster executive alignment, develop co-innovation plans for new solutions, and orchestrate the co-sell motion between Google Cloud and partner sales organizations. The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$134,000-$196,000
+ bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Recruit new partners and grow existing partnerships for SMB to address market opportunities, expand business, and create balanced partner portfolios. Structure new commercial terms to deepen partner commitment to building solutions on Google Cloud. Drive the creation of global demand generation and Go-to-market plans to achieve Google Cloud and partner business goals. Build the SMB annual plan for each assigned partner in collaboration with regional Partner and Field Sales organizations. Support assigned partners in your portfolio around key areas (e.g., Operations, Finance, Sales, Product Enhancement, etc.).
