A global manufacturing distributor in the Elk Grove Village, Illinois area is looking for an Entry Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This position is full time and direct hire position with a good benefits package. Entry Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities: Respond to and address administrative inquiries and questions Communicate and maintain good relationships with clients Enter data into their database using Microsoft Office and Excel Process purchasing orders and quotes requests Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for associates and managers Record and distribute records in their portals Maintain filing systems as assigned Perform other related duties as assigned Entry Inside Sales Representative Requirements: Previous office clerical work experience is preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems Ability to work independently While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
