A global industrial parts distributor in the Greenville, SC area is looking for an Inside Sales to join their team. This is a full-time and direct hire position. Inside Sales Responsibilities: • Create purchase orders based on customer’s forecast, and arrange delivery schedule. • Maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving as well as update daily inventory for multiple locations. • Communicate with customers and vendors regarding any inquiries. • Provide product and pricing information by clarifying customer request • Respond to customer’s urgent request and arrange expedite delivery schedule. • Handle import business from overseas. • Administrative tasks such as filing, data entry/processing, etc. • Other duties as assigned Inside Sales Requirements: • Collage Degree or experience with similar roles • 1-2 years’ experience in an office environment is strongly preferred. • Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Must be flexible and able to work in a multicultural environment • Must be able to work responsibly and effectively • Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform regular physical activity • This position will not support visa sponsorships ************************************************************************************ Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 25 years.
