An established professional office is seeking a skilled
Enrolled Agent (EA) / Tax Preparer
to join its on-site team in Naples, Florida. This position is ideal for a tax professional who enjoys handling complex returns and building long-term client relationships. The role involves year-round tax preparation, planning, and compliance support for individuals, trusts, and business entities in a structured and collaborative environment. Primary Responsibilities
Prepare and review federal and state tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, and 1065 Assist with tax planning strategies to support client financial goals Manage compliance requirements and respond to IRS notices and correspondence Work closely with fiduciaries, attorneys, and financial advisors on client matters Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure accuracy and timeliness of filings Stay current with tax law changes and best practices Qualifications & Skills
Active EA or CPA credential in good standing Minimum 3 years of professional tax preparation experience Strong knowledge of individual, trust, and business taxation Experience with Drake, UltraTax, or similar tax software Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred Trust and estate tax experience is an advantage Compensation & Benefits
Salary range:
$80,000 – $145,000 Bonus opportunities 401(k) plan Flexible schedule options Continuing education support
