Franchise Sales professional specializing in incremental sales with new prospects and existing franchisees. Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new opportunities: executing a strategy to find buyers (first and existing franchisees)
  • Timely follow-up on nationally generated leads to drive resale opportunities
  • Guide candidates through the franchise sales process, including collection and review of all required documentation
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales forecasts to leadership
  • Travel within territory to prospect, qualify candidates, and support deal development
  • Coordinate contract development, processing, and execution for resale transactions
  • CRM management: maintaining the integrity of CRM data, ensuring accurate information for analysis
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: working with marketing, finance, and sales teams
  • Facilitate buyer approval (disclosure, financial, and operational)
  • Travel for in‑person events at the discretion of your manager or company requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in franchise development, sales, business development, real estate, or resales/transfers
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and manage a sales pipeline
  • Experience guiding candidates through complex transaction processes and required documentation
  • Strong follow‑up, organizational, and CRM/database management skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights effectively
  • Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
