What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain exceptional client relationships that drive revenue growth and retention across BairesDev.
- Serve as a client champion, ensuring the highest levels of service and partnership while identifying growth opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, promoting client retention, driving their growth, and guiding them in managing a portfolio of large‑scale projects.
- Identify and analyze opportunities for client growth using a consultative approach and strong analytical skills.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded, aligning BairesDev’s solutions with business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- 9+ years of experience in a senior client services role, with proven success in managing client relationships at the executive level.
- 4+ years of experience leading teams and developing talent.
- Strong background in the IT or technology services industry.
- Extensive experience in client services, with a consultative mindset and the ability to drive business growth.
- Must be located in the US.
